Accenture Operations is a dedicated team of people who work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, helpdesk services, and HR. We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our clients move ahead of the competition.
Key responsibilities
Overall team management with primary focus on:
- team recruitment
- on-boarding of new joiners
- career development of the group of career counselees
- managing the changes and effectively engage the team
- budgeting and scheduling of work
- governance and clients engagement
Operational program management in context of:
- Responsibility for executing marketing and communications programs and campaigns. Programs can include end-to-end campaign management in the area of sales and marketing support, digital marketing, direct marketing, events and sponsorships, internal communications and recruitment marketing; development of marketing collaterals and merchandise and credentials development.
- Following the project/program brief.
- Working with other skill team members and external agencies (as required by the program) to complete programs as greed with Program Owner.
- Measuring results from programs, and provide metrics to program owners as appropriate
- Ensuring Program Owner is kept appraised of progress vis-a-vis budgets and timelines. Makes timely escalation and works towards an alternative solution in case of potential budget and time over-runs (or under-runs).
- Leveraging knowledge of and adheres to marketing processes and guidelines while executing the programs.
- Having an understanding of the business and marketing goals of the Program Owner.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in team management including delegation, career development and managing change within the team
- Client servicing experience including governance forum across organization level and escalation management
- Positive attitude towards changes and challenges with focus on out of box thinking
- Understanding and ability to apply marketing concepts, visual identity, brand strategy and positioning, and message development skills
